Made In TLV is the project of Liraz Levinson, a DJ and producer born and based in Tel Aviv. What started as a private obsession with records and rhythm has grown into a career that reaches dancefloors far beyond the city that gave the project its name.

The turning point came in 2017. A run of early releases began catching the ears of DJs abroad, and almost overnight he went from a local name to an artist booked and played across Israel, Europe and beyond — quickly counted among Tel Aviv's tight-knit circle of electronic talent.

His music is built on feel rather than any single genre. Warm, hypnotic grooves lean on atmosphere and repetition, and just as a track settles into its pulse, a familiar melody tends to surface — a fragment of something you half-remember, folded into a modern, late-night club sound. That mix of nostalgia and forward motion has become his fingerprint.

Over the years his records have landed on some of the scene's most respected labels. He released on the celebrated Keinemusik, with the track carried further by a Rampa version, and built a steady catalogue of EPs on Blue Shadow, one of Israel's leading imprints — with further outings on Asymmetric, Exploited, Kinetika, Disco Halal, Voyeur and MoBlack, among others.

His reworks of classics have become a signature all their own. Reimagined takes on the Chemical Brothers' "Do It Again," Depeche Mode's "Dream On," Faithless' "Insomnia" and Daft Punk's "Technologic" turn well-known songs into peak-time weapons, and have become staples of his sets around the world.

In 2024 he opened a new chapter with Powder Music — his own label and a home for the sounds he believes in — launched with the "Rehab" EP. Between his productions, his edits, and the artists he now champions, Made In TLV keeps chasing the same thing he has since day one: music that moves a room and keeps the night going.
